3. Gossiping: Do not slam your company, boss or absent co-workers is never safe. Refrain from sharing your frustrations in e-mails and on social networking sites. The Facebook walls have ears.
4. Loud sighing: It is a sign of stress and burnout. Can be mistaken for exasperation, frustration or disinterest.
5. Hogging the credit: If you're doing more work for the same pay, you may feel you've earned an extra pat on the back. But so does the rest of the office. Instead, try congratulating your peers. The praise will make its way back to you.
