These are actually hormone dependent behaviors. It is the chemicals in the brain like DOPAMINE & Prolactin that make you hooked to these kinds of behaviors / substances, in part.
So what can one do about it? Realize that some of these may be UNNECESSARY cravings. Realize that every time one feels an urge to cater to one or many of these urges, ONE HAS TO FIGHT the urges.
MBA studies involves a LOT of hard work, bro. You can NEVER study enough. And even if you study ALL day, everyday, you can NOT know everything about everything during your MBA.
