We heard the concept of "Trickle Down Government" in the 1st presidential debate in 2012. However, this is not a new or original terminology, used by Romney. This has been used before, as far back as in 1984.
This raises the question: Which is better? Which is more effective? Which is necessary to run a country efficiently? The answer is BOTH !
We need both - an efficient Trickle Down Economy & Trickle Down Government.
