  1. Interesting article. My company has been a great place to work until just recently. My division posted record profits yet our bonus pool is down and investment bank profits are down yet their bonus pool is up. WTF? Everyone in my division is demoralized since we are punished for succeeding and the investment bankers are rewarded for failing.
