About team dynamics

This is a very important topic that we are part of, during any classroom environment. Perhaps, this is more important in the MBA because there is a lot of team interaction.

But apart from that, it is also interesting how the new students intearct with each other. Somehow, unknowingly, what happens is that birds of the same feather gather together. This is universally true. You see people of the same background grouping together. For example, Indians in one group, Chinese in another, local white Canadians in one group. There is also grouping based on undergraduate degree. Engineers come together, people with commerce background group together and so on. It is very interesting to observe and learn.
