Team work for MBA presentations

Team work is never easy. Different minds think differently. It is very difficult to always find the right team members. I guess team work assignments are there for a reason - to develop your social skills. And even if you are not particularly happy with your team members, you have to grin and bear it.

The same may be true of your boss tomorrow. One may not like the boss he or she is working for. People skills or soft skills is as important as learning communication skills or writing skills. These things improve with time. But until then, good luck !
