Naheed Nenshi, the awesome mayor of Calgary said that he has essentially 3 jobs at the time of the flood crisis. These display his leadership traits. They are as below:

Nenshi says he has three jobs:

1. To give people the information they need to stay safe 
2. Giving hope and courage to people affected by the floods 
3. Staying out of the way as relief efforts continue

These are important traits, and useful for any business or political leader:
