THINK More, TALK Less :) |
10 rules from the book IF LIFE IS A GAME, THESE ARE THE RULES.
(the same author who wrote "Chicken soup for the soul" - Cherie Carter Scott.)
You may love it or hate it, but it will be yours for the duration of your life on Earth. Take care of it.
You are enrolled in a full-time informal school called life. Each day in this school, you will have the opportunity to learn lessons. You may like these lessons or hate them, but you have designed them as part of your curriculum.
Growth is a process of experimentation, a series of trials, errors and occasional victories. The failed experiments are as much a part of the process as the experiments that work. Don't cry over sunk costs. They are only learning expenses :)
Lessons will be repeated to you in various forms until you have learned them. When you have learned one lesson, you can then go on to the next.
There is no part of life that does not contain lessons. If you are alive, there are lessons to be learned. (To improve is to change, to strive for perfection, change often)
When your "there" has become a here, you will simply obtain a "there" that will look better to you than a present "here".
You can not love or hate something about another person unless it reflects something you love or hate about yourself. (There are 2 ways of spreading light - be a candle or be a mirror that reflects it)
You have all the tools and resources you need. What you do with them is upto you.
(* There isn't a person anywhere who isn't capable of doing more than he thinks he can- Henry Ford
* Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all - Hellen Keller
* Whatever you can do, or dream you can, BEGIN it. Boldness has genius, power and magic in it. - Goethe)
All you need to do is look, listen, trust.
You will learn this lessons one by one as you live life from birth to death
